    Looking for a Maintenance Program?

Planning and implementing a maintenance program is critical for maintaining the stuctural integrity of your lot. Many parking lots can easily be re-surfaced, patched, or seal coated. Keeping your lot in good shape will benefit you in the long run and save you money in costly repairs. Plan on doing most of your work between the months of April through October when the ambient air temperatures is above 50 degrees Farenheit. Check your parking lot for low spots or "bird baths" where water can accumulate and seep into the base resulting in potholes, generally after the freeze-thaw cycles during the winter and spring months. It is important that corrective measures be taken right away in order to prevent detioration of your pavement. If you have questions about the condition of your lot, contact our office to set up an appointment to check if repairs are necessary.
